Kardamon specializes in exporting and supplying high-quality spices. As our products are food-grade and perishable in nature, we maintain strict hygiene and quality control standards.


🚚 Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All spice orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders are carefully packed in food-safe, sealed packaging to maintain freshness and aroma.

  • Tracking details will be sent to your Whatsapp once shipped.

2. Delivery Time

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days (may vary depending on customs clearance)

Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections or regulations related to food products.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Bulk export shipping charges may vary depending on volume and shipping method.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

For international buyers:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions imposed by their country.

  • Please ensure spices are permitted for import in your country before placing an order.

5. Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery at

    We will review and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


🔁 Return & Refund Policy (Spices & Food Products)

Due to the nature of food and spice products, we follow strict return guidelines.

1. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened spice packages

  • Used products

  • Perishable food items

  • Bulk export orders (unless damaged or incorrect)

2. Eligible Returns

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The wrong product was shipped

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The packaging was tampered with during transit

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
